None of these clients had a website of their own when we started. So we record two things about every project — what the business had online, and whether it already had a brand — because a project can arrive with one, both or neither.

Prospective customers may spend only seconds deciding whether a contractor looks established enough to contact, so the system needed to clarify the offer, communicate credibility, and make requesting a quote immediate. The commercial problem was being chosen at the moment a buyer was comparing contractors.
